Privacy & website questions

Xiaofang consultation

Xiaofang uses the clinic’s service information and FAQ. The portrait is a fictional virtual character, not an actual staff photograph. This automated guide is not a clinician or live staff member. It cannot diagnose, prescribe or create appointments.

Your messages

Clinic knowledge mode processes typed questions in your browser. If the clinic enables its OpenAI connection and you choose Use AI answers, your question and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Our server does not save chat text, and requests ask OpenAI not to store response state; OpenAI’s applicable data policies still apply. The AI cannot directly create or change appointments. Without an AI connection, the expanded clinic knowledge library remains available. Do not enter medical records, payment details or sensitive personal information. Use Clear chat to remove the visible conversation.

Voice input and playback

Voice features depend on your browser and device. The microphone is used only after you select Speak a question and allow browser microphone access. Your browser may send audio to its speech recognition provider for processing; that provider’s policies apply. Voice playback uses your browser’s speech engine. The website does not store audio. You can type instead, turn voice off or close consultation to stop speaking and listening.

Booking

Appointments and payments are handled in Mangomint under its applicable policies. Some links preserve campaign source parameters; chat content is never included in a booking link.

Website usage statistics

On the official AMOM website, we record visits, page views, visible-page time, device and browser type, referral domain, advertising campaign tags, IP address and an approximate city/country. First-party cookies distinguish visitors and visits. Records are available only in the clinic’s signed-in dashboard and are normally retained for 90 days; the administrator can choose 30, 90 or 180 days. IP location is estimated using a locally stored database; visitor IP addresses are not sent to an external geolocation API. Browsers requesting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Booking-page activity measures interest and does not confirm an appointment. Contact ai@amomschool.org about these records.

Other services

Maps and social links open external services with their own policies. On the official website, optional advertising measurement from ChatGPT Ads, Meta or Google runs only after you allow it in Cookie preferences. It measures general website visits and booking-link clicks on the homepage and general clinic page. Consultation, treatment and concern pages, and the appointment form are excluded. We do not include questions, treatment details or customer contact information in these events. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable advertising measurement. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. External measurement providers may process network request and advertising identifiers under their policies. The hosting provider and external services may process normal request data under their policies.
